It is hard to average the cost of our services, because no home or building is exactly the same. The the windows pictured above would be done for about $400 or so.

While this whole house could be done for our minimum which is $150.  

Anything under $150 is difficult for us to justify the drive or sacrificing a days work for.

We accept cash, debit and credit, and checks from local banks.

PAYMENT IS DUE AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICES

No home window cleaning, or storefront cleaning service payment is to be sent by mail.

After your first service on your home or office, you may wish to schedule quarterly or bi-yearly visits. These can be scheduled at a discounted rate after the initial cleanup visit. 

If you have a  home or office that doesn't meet our minimum, and you know someone in your area that would also like their windows cleaned, tell them to also call. If we schedule both places on the same day, it can allow us to make what we need for the day.

Some of our services require a cleaning contract. The only time when a payment may be sent by mail is when the contract specifically states the type of payment along with a due date. otherwise it becomes a risk for us.
