Due to the high volume of calls and our small team, we request that all cancelations be made 48 hours in advance. Please be patient as we often schedule out appointments months in advance, if a cancellation occurs it may take a few weeks to reschedule. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours for that occurs for any reason but weather, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.
Weather Cancellations
If you're home or office must be rescheduled due to weather, this is quite a normal situation. If we notice that early in the week there is heavy rain or storms predicted for the day of your service, we will call and move your appointment to the soonest available day. If you wish to cancel your appointment and reschedule on your own terms there will be no cancellation fee.

If you have Faux French window grids, they must be removed. Due to the brittle nature of the plastic or wood that the grids are made of, we can not insure that we can safely remove the grids without cracking or breaking them.
Anything that cannot get wet or that blocks access to clean the window must be moved prior to our arrival.
This includes plants around, or fixtures on reefs, signs, decorations, etc. on the windows or frames. If this instruction is not followed, your price will be adjusted for the additional time spent moving items.
Payment is due after completion of services, so please have a form of payment on hand.
