Screens cannot be warrantied because of their delicate and brittle nature. Many screens have pre-existing damage to either the locks, or the mesh. The frames of some aluminum and nylon cornered screens have a tendency to swell to the point where they no longer fit in the window frame. Some screens are only held in by friction. After cleaning, The screen may not be as secure as it was before. Therefore Meyer window washing is not responsible for screens that fall out at a later date. We will do our best to make sure that the window is in presentable shape before leaving the job.
